Refund Policy

Effective Date: 01 January 2026

This Refund Policy outlines the terms governing refunds for training programs, internship programs, and professional services provided by Cyber Intelligence Agency (CIA).

1. Training Program Fees

All fees paid for training programs, courses, workshops, and certification programs are strictly non-refundable.

No refund shall be granted in the event of:

• Voluntary withdrawal by the student
• Absenteeism or non-attendance
• Failure to complete assignments or assessments
• Disciplinary termination
• Change of personal circumstances

2. Installment Payments

If a student has opted for installment payments, failure to complete payment does not entitle the student to a refund of previously paid installments.

3. Internship Programs

Internship program fees (if applicable) are non-refundable once the internship period has commenced.

4. Service Projects (Cybersecurity / Development)

For client projects including VAPT, software development, consulting, or related services:

• Advance payments are non-refundable once project work has commenced.
• Project commencement includes allocation of resources, technical work initiation, or access credential sharing.
• In case of early termination by the client, CIA reserves the right to retain advance payments and invoice for completed work.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Any exception to this Refund Policy shall be at the sole discretion of CIA management and must be approved in writing.

6. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without prior communication may result in permanent suspension from CIA services and potential legal action.

7. Policy Updates

CIA reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page.
